Multi Car Insurance for part-time Motor Traders

by dock9admin 20. April 2010 19:28

We offer more than just Multi Car Insurance for private individuals. If you have dabbled in Motor Trade in the past few years and are thinking about getting back into the game – then contact multivehiclecover.com for a competitive quote on a part-time Motor Traders policy.

You will find that many of the Motor Trade policies on offer cater for the full time Motor Trader and that the level for cover on offer and the premiums – usually discourage part time traders from taking out a policy. We understand however that some Motor Traders may only turn over a few cars in any given year and that if the opportunity arises they do not want to be bound by the number of vehicles and engine capacity restrictions, placed on them by some policies. You will find us helpful and informative and flexible enough to cater a part time Motor Trade policy for your needs. This may include cover for your everyday ‘specified’ vehicles, and a range of driver options – including ‘any driver policies’ within your multivehiclecover.com policy. We can also offer different levels of cover on your different vehicles (e.g. Comprehensive, TPFT, TPO) and different policy excesses if required.

Are you a collector of vehicles? Find out your options for multi-vehicle insurance

by dock9admin 16. March 2010 19:21

If you are a vehicle collector, contact MultiVehicleCover.com for a competitive quote on your fleet of vehicles.

Unlike some other firms, we factor in the expected usage of the different vehicles, and do not charge a ‘flat rate’ per vehicle. Many of our policyholders have their everyday cars and their ‘collectibles’ garaged away, waiting for the elusive British summer – and so we can offer very competitive rates on rolling them all together on one policy, with your main cars attracting the bulk of the premium, and your collectibles added at a heavily discounted rate.

This saves the need for having different polices for the individual vehicles – and the flexibility of the cover we offer enables you to have potentially one excess level across all of the vehicles, and maintain an agreed value basis for your ‘collectibles.’ This will eliminate the need to have spate ‘agreed value/ cherished car’ policies on all of your collectible vehicles, and place them with your everyday cars on one policy – maintaining the same level of cover before, if you so wish.

The team here at MultiVehicleCover.com would like to wish you all a happy easter and good luck to all those still on lent!

Enjoy the added flexibility of a Multi Car Insurance policy

by dock9admin 8. January 2010 21:55

If your circumstances are complicated and you have difficulty describing to Insurers your specific requirements, the team at multivehiclecover.co.uk are here to help. We will endeavour to find the right solution for you, however unusual your specific insurance requests.

Lets take a few examples:

- I have multiple drivers, some of whom are not members of my family, but may be domestic or business staff:

We are usually able to provide cover on most drivers on our Multi Car Insurance policy, regardless of their relationship to your self as the proposer. That includes members of your extended family, business associates and even friends should you wish to have them included. We may be able to provide you with an ‘any driver policy’ which enables your vehicles to be driven by other sensible drivers, sometimes subject to a minimum age, i.e over 25.

- My vehicles are kept in different locations….

Some of our clients have multiple addresses, keeping cars and running them from home, or holiday homes, business addresses and other garaged facilities. Some insurers will either decline to quote or indeed penalise you for keeping your vehicles at different locations. At multivehcilecover.co.uk our flexibility enables us to provide cover for you in such instances and as long as we are made aware of where the vehicles are kept and where they primarily operate from, we can tailor the cover to reflect this.

- Some of my vehicles are garaged and some are on SORN notices/ or are being repaired and I wish them to remain on cover.

It seems illogical to be paying full insurance rates based on road usage when your cars are laid up or in the repairers for prolonged periods. A good example would be classic cars that are undergoing restoration and that you wish to remain covered so as to retain your full bonus on these vehicles. We can provide you with a premium that reflects this, dramatically cutting the cost of insurance but keeping you covered at the same time.

May we also take this opportunity to wish all of our clients, and prospective ones too – our best wishes for the New Year, may it be a prosperous one for you all.
